No, you don't have to be a first-time home buyer to attend, you just have to be interested in learning the basics of home buying(some of us need a refresher).

3) "Could you please explain the hole in the roof?"

a. The value of a home inspection

b. What to expect from a home inspector

c. Scary stories, scary houses

Seating is limited, you must register in advance. Either call Kathleen at 218-391-4593 or email her. Classes are offered free of charge and there is no obligation to Kathleen Busche or Edmunds,LLP. The workshop begins at 5:30 and pizza is served at the beginning of class. Worshops will be held at Edmunds, 2200 Water St, Duluth.

This workshop is not intended to replace in-depth certified First-Time Home Buyers classes which are offered locally. For information on those classes, contact either Northern Community Land Trust or Neighborhood Housing Services
